At the Barrientos Scholarship Foundation, our ability to deliver real outcomes for students depends on strong, committed community partnerships. Our collaboration with Google is a clear example of how aligned partners make this work possible—turning student support into measurable progress and career opportunity.

Through Google’s continued partnership, thoughtfully aligned as we look toward 2026, our Student Success Programming provides BSF Ambassadors with intentional one-on-one coaching. This coaching helps students uncover their “why,” gain clarity around their value, and confidently navigate business and STEM career pathways with purpose and direction.

The results speak for themselves. Through this work, we have successfully placed three students into career opportunities aligned with their education and goals. One notable example is Carlos Ortega, a recent MBA graduate with an emphasis in Financial Analytics.

During a pivotal point in his career journey, Carlos received coaching that helped him clarify his next steps and move forward with confidence. Reflecting on his experience, Carlos shared:
